Pretreatment Method For Organic Silicon Monomer Production Wastewater

Silicone is known as "industrial MSG" and is widely used in various fields. In the production process, a certain amount of wastewater is produced, which has the characteristics of high CODCr, high salt content, and oily water layer is not obvious, and the composition is complex, and contains various organic substances and inorganic metal compounds. It is one of the most difficult types of industrial wastewater, and it also contains a certain amount of heavy metal compounds such as adsorbable organic halides (AOX), silica gel, copper ions, and zinc ions.

At present, the treatment technology of organosilicon monomer wastewater in the industry mainly adopts the combination of physicochemical method and biochemical method. The physicochemical methods include: coagulation sedimentation, activated carbon adsorption, Feton oxidation, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, etc. The combination of anaerobic, anoxic (oxygen) and aerobic treatments is used to treat the pre-treated wastewater.

A pretreatment method for producing wastewater of organosilicon monomer, the specific steps are as follows:


1) Oil-removing and degumming The silicone monomer production wastewater is subjected to oil-repellent degreasing treatment through a grease trap system and a degreasing system to remove silicone oil and silica gel;

2) Evaporation and crystallization of the waste water into the evaporator for distillation, collecting the condensed liquid after distillation, the concentrated liquid in the evaporator is cooled and crystallized, and separated by filtration to obtain a crystal body, and the centrifugal liquid is returned to the system for re-evaporation;

3) Pulse electrocoagulation step 2) The condensate after distillation enters the pulse electrocoagulation device, and the bond between the macromolecular organic substances in the wastewater is broken by pulse electrocoagulation to make it become a small molecule organic matter, thereby improving the wastewater. Biodegradable, while the inorganic substance reacts electrochemically under the action of high voltage and low current, removes heavy metal ions in water, and obtains pretreated wastewater.
